Hate Crime Victims and Citywide and Local LGBTQ Organizations to Hold a Forum on Transgender Rights
In response to hate violence transgender and gender non-conforming individuals have faced in the past months, hate crime victim Carmela Etienne will share her story, followed by "Know your Rights" workshops led by community organizations.
