Civil rights icons join young leaders, President Obama, Speaker of the House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi, Senator Charles E. Schumer, Representative Charles B. Rangel, New York Governor David A. Paterson, New York City Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg and other elected officials and activists who will take part in the Convention July 11-July 16th at the New York Hilton to chart a new civil rights agenda.
