*What:*	The National Black Caucus of State Legislators will be holding a Joint Broadband Summit in conjunction with its 33rd Annual Legislative Conference. Topics to be covered range from "The Future of Broadband" to "The Imperatives of Broadband Adoption and Usage for Minority Communities." Additionally, the Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies and The Hispanic Institute will be releasing a study at the Summit entitled "The Minority Broadband Report." The study calls the broadband status quo "unacceptable" for communities of color and includes a set of policy recommendations for spreading high-speed Internet service to every American.
