New Black Brides Magazine Launched

baltimore -- African Weddings US has introduced a unique new magazine exclusively for brides of African descent. There are many bridal magazines, but none of them really cater to the exclusive needs of the bride with African heritage. African Bride USA Magazine offers both unique insights as well as a robust resource directory to help pull off an elegant wedding without compromising culture or high fashion sense.

African weddings tend to be grand, vibrant and beaming with culture. Many of the events that take place during these weddings have their heritage rooted in rich traditions that have been honored for many generations. Through the Real Weddings section of their magazine, African Bride USA provides a vehicle for brides of African descent to share their rich wedding cultures with fellow brides from Africa living in the United States.

What is unique about this African bridal magazine? It reaches out to brides across the globe - from the continent of Africa including South Africa, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Egypt, Morocco, and Kenya, to the Caribbean Islands, South America and the USA. The magazine features real weddings, several articles and tips to inspire brides-to-be when planning their weddings. Probably of most significance are the robust wedding resources that can be found in the magazine. From ethnic catering to the latest in bridal fashion, African Bride USA Magazine is a "one stop shop" resource for brides of African descent.

Every issue will feature a traditional bridal costume of African origin. It will also include an article that elaborates on the cultural inspiration and traditions behind the ensemble.

The company: African Bride USA Magazine is a publication of African Weddings US, a brand new, up and coming company, servicing brides of African descent living in the USA. The company not only serves brides of African descent living in the USA but also helps serve humanity through its involvement with charities across the globe but particularly in Africa. African Bride USA donates 10% of its profits to charities that help the less fortunate women and children of Africa.

Future of the company:
The first edition of the magazine is due to be sold at major book retailers including Barnes & Noble, Borders, and Walden bookstores. However the magazine will be available for purchase online on their website as early as March 6th 2011. The company predicts that the magazine will pick up a distribution of around 15,000 readers in the first issue alone and will then increase by 50% in forthcoming issues.

What do the company officers have to say? "We see this magazine really taking off in the future, as African brides reach out to their cultural traditions says Tola Lufadeju, Chief Editor, African Bride USA. Others have commented "this magazine is a one-of-a kind publication and serves a hungry market."

Keynote speaker at the magazine's launch event, Summer Amin, President Nima Marketing Inc., Washington, DC says, "There was a gap in the wedding industry and African Bride USA has just filled it. With this magazine, brides of African descent finally have the resources to execute the perfect wedding with the fusion of African and American cultures. We look forward to the future of this magazine."
