• You must be 16 years of age on
the date the term begins

• You must have a 3.0 GPA
(in core academic classes)

 

• Attends private high school at
the Library of Congress

• Works for the US House of
Representatives

• Lives in Residential Dorms on
Capitol Hill

• Receives a stipend
