Jamaican Woman Named "Rising Star Attorney"

BOSTON - Bogle & Chang law firm has announced that Managing Partner, NIKIKI T. BOGLE, Esq. has been named by New England Super Lawyers magazine as a Massachusetts Rising Star Attorney, one of the top up and coming attorneys in Massachusetts in 2010. Each year, only 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state receive this honor from Super Lawyers. Meeting Rising Stars’ stringent criteria, Ms. Bogle has been recognized for her expertise in Immigration, Criminal Defense and Entertainment law.

Rising Stars are lawyers who have been nominated as the best attorneys who are 40 or under, or who have been practicing for 10 years or less in their state. The selections for this esteemed list are made by the research team at Super Lawyers, which is a service of the Thomson Reuters, Legal division based in Eagan, Minn.

Each year, the research team at Super Lawyers undertakes a rigorous multi-phase selection process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, independent research and a peer review of candidates by practice area. Prior to final selection, each candidate is fully reviewed by the publication's research staff as well. The point totals from the general survey and research process are then added to arrive at a final tally. The lawyers are ranked by point totals and those with the highest point totals are named to the Rising Stars list.
