     The New York Racing Association Inc. (“NYRA”) is soliciting bidders in the matter of the provision to provide petroleum products in various grades and specifications as outlined below for NYRA’s three racetracks: Aqueduct Racetrack, Ozone Park, NY, Belmont Park Racetrack, Elmont, NY and Saratoga Race Course, Saratoga Springs, NY.
     Bidders may bid on all three racetracks, or they can bid on downstate (Belmont & Aqueduct) or up-state (Saratoga) separately.
     M/W/DBE participation is encouraged.
     Interested parties may fax their request for a bid package to the Purchasing Dept (718) 687-4846.
