Kilroy Realty Included in 2020 Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index

LOS ANGELES , January 23 /Businesswire/ - Kilroy Realty Corporation (NYSE: KRC) announced today that it has been selected for inclusion in the 2020 Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index (GEI). The GEI Index is currently comprised of 325 companies headquartered across 42 countries with a combined market capitalization of over $14 trillion.

The GEI measures gender equality across five pillars: female leadership and talent pipeline, equal pay and gender pay parity, inclusive culture, sexual harassment policies, and pro-women brand. The firms included in this year’s index, such as KRC, scored at or above a global threshold established by Bloomberg to reflect a high level of disclosure and overall performance across the framework’s five pillars.

“Cultivating a culture of inclusion is critical to the success of our business,” said John Kilroy, Chairman and CEO of KRC. “We deeply appreciate this recognition from Bloomberg GEI as we continue to expand our focus on diversity throughout our platform.”
