SmartBear Names New VP of Product Marketing to Oversee Growing Portfolio

SOMERVILLE, Mass. , April 07 /Businesswire/ - SmartBear, a leading provider of software development and quality tools, has named Joanna Schloss as VP of Product Marketing. Schloss has extensive knowledge in big data analytics and business intelligence and has launched a variety of tools and applications over the last two decades for both startup and Fortune Global 500 companies. Most recently, she led the product marketing team at Sauce Labs.

Schloss spent more than four years as part of a Dell Center of Excellence specializing in data and information management and offering best practices solutions to clients challenged with converting data into insights. She has successfully launched a myriad of products, from business-focused analytic applications to data management tools for various companies, including Confluent, IBM, and Oracle, among others.

In addition to her product success, she enjoys sharing her knowledge and opinions through a variety of channels, including contributed articles, speaking engagements, and webinars. She has a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles.
