MONAT Global Extends Exclusive Mentoring Program With Leadership Coach John C. Maxwell

MIAMI , June 02 /Businesswire/ - Global healthy-aging haircare and skincare innovator MONAT Global Corp (MONAT) is teaming up with John C. Maxwell, one of the world’s most sought-after leadership experts, to offer its exclusive mentoring program for another year.

The MONAT Maxwell Certification was developed in 2019 as a yearlong course specifically for qualifying MONAT Directors. Course participants are taught how to identify and harness their strengths, grow as entrepreneurs, and inspire others along the way. Following a successful first year with incredible feedback from participants, MONAT has signed on with Maxwell for another yearlong course.

“The stories of personal growth and learning that we have heard from our team members who are participating in the inaugural MONAT Maxwell Certification are absolutely amazing,” said Stuart MacMillan, President of MONAT. “John brings such an authentic voice to the program that empowers, inspires and challenges our leaders. I’m thrilled that a second class of Directors will have the opportunity to benefit from the lessons in this exclusive leadership training.”

The next MONAT Maxwell Certification course will begin in September and is open to qualifying MONAT Directors.

“I’m so excited to mentor MONAT Directors for another year,” said Maxwell. “Helping them succeed brings me great joy. I anticipate another year of great growth and a closer relationship with MONAT. What an outstanding organization!”

John C. Maxwell has authored more than 100 books that have been translated into 50 languages, including several New York Times bestsellers. Maxwell travels the world imparting his knowledge while inspiring and challenging others to achieve their potential. Maxwell also founded two non-profit organizations, EQUIP and The John Maxwell Leadership Foundation.
