AHF Applauds Congressional Demand that Drug Companies Follow Laws on 340B Drug Program

WASHINGTON , September 15 /Businesswire/ - The idea that drug companies like AstraZeneca, Eli Lilly, Merck, Novartis and Sanofi can unilaterally regulate the 340B Drug Discount Program themselves is ridiculous and has been rejected by 243 members of Congress. Drug companies are NOT above the law.
