Amazfit Smartwatches Debut at Walmart

CUPERTINO, Calif. , September 23 /Businesswire/ - Amazfit today announced that its line of smartwatches will debut at Walmart stores across the U.S. Amazfit smartwatches, which combine sports functionality with health management, are the perfect daily companion to keep consumers informed and active. The smartwatches will start hitting Walmart store shelves this month and will be stocked at up to 2,870 locations across North America.

While consumers could previously purchase Amazfit smartwatches in the U.S., this is the first time the Amazfit brand will be available at a national retailer. This move will introduce the Amazfit line of smartwatches to a broad range of sporty and health-conscious consumers who are looking for the very best technology products at the lowest possible price.

Walmart will offer two Amazfit Smartwatch product lines:

  • The feather-light, ultra-sleek Amazfit Bip S, available in Onyx Black and Warm Pink at 2,870 Walmart stores.
  • The stylish, health-focused Amazfit GTS, available in Black and Gold at 2,553 Walmart stores.

"Offering our assortment at Walmart is the perfect opportunity to expand our market share in North America and reach a large number of consumers who want advanced intelligence, quality craftsmanship, and great value,” said Mike Yeung, chief operating officer, Huami. “Amazfit smartwatches lead the industry in battery life, proprietary biometric sensors and advanced algorithms. These competitively priced smartwatches are ideally suited to Walmart shoppers and we expect them to fly off the shelf.”

Huami’s North American sales team will continue to partner with national and regional chains across the nation to expand the Amazfit brand, while also growing Amazfit’s online presence. To learn more about becoming an authorized Amazfit dealer, please contact sales@huami-usa.com.
