SITE Centers Announces 9% Increase in Common Stock Dividend

BEACHWOOD, Ohio , May 11 /Businesswire/ - SITE Centers Corp. (NYSE: SITC), an owner of open-air shopping centers in suburban, high household income communities, today declared its second quarter 2021 common stock dividend of $0.12 per share, which represents a 9% increase from the first quarter 2021 dividend. The dividend is payable on July 2, 2021 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 10, 2021.
