Richards, who is co-chair of Greenberg Traurig's Labor & Employment Practice's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) group and the Workplace Compliance & Counseling group, discussed how to create and then move inclusive LGBT+ policy into practice at the organizational and individual level in the workplace.
