Freed Maxick Names Shauna VanRemmen New Director In Tax Practice

BUFFALO, N.Y., Sept. 15, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Freed Maxick is proud to name Shauna VanRemmen as a new Director in the Firm's Tax Practice. Shauna is one of five new Director promotions this year.

Shauna is a graduate of St. John Fisher College and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

She spends a significant amount of time in the Firm's flow-through taxation service area, assisting companies in preparation of their income tax returns in accordance with their operating agreements. She has developed a broad background in tax planning, consulting, and tax return preparation for S Corporations and Partnerships in the real estate, construction, manufacturing, healthcare and professional services industries.
