4imprint® Earns Six-Time Recognition among Best Workplaces for Women™

OSHKOSH, Wis. , September 16 /Businesswire/ - Great Place to Work® and Fortune® have selected Oshkosh-based promotional products retailer 4imprint® for the 2021 Best Workplaces for Women™ list. This marks the sixth time the organization has been chosen as a great place to work for women. The 2021 Best Workplaces for Women™ list was published by Fortune today.

Based on survey responses from more than 5.6 million employees, The Best Workplaces for Women™ award honors companies who focus on fairness and equity in the workplace.

“Our team has created the kind of environment where people can be themselves, thrive as teammates, grow as leaders and learn together,” said Kevin Lyons-Tarr, CEO, 4imprint. “Being honored as a great place to work for women speaks volumes about our entire team.”

To determine the rankings Great Place to Work® looks at how women and men experience the same workplaces. Great Place to Work® analyzes whether people trust each other and if employees can reach their full potential, no matter their gender or job role. Criteria also includes how well represented women are throughout the company, including management roles. To be considered for the Best Workplaces for Women™ list, companies must employ at least 50 women and at least one of their executives must be a woman.

“These companies have made a commitment to fostering equity in the workplace. With the data about gender inequity in mind, the Best Workplaces for Women™ braved the task of combatting gender inequity by ensuring their women employees feel safe, heard, challenged and valued,” said Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place to Work®.
