“Buying a cake has always been a fun experience,” says Natalie Joseph, spokesperson for Baskin-Robbins in Canada. “Throughout the development process with Tillster, we were absolutely determined to keep it that way with our online site – and I do believe we’ve achieved that. We’ve made sure it’s rich in images, descriptions and personalization. I’m sure it will be as enjoyable as it is practical.”

The site allows guests to ultimate customization from flavour of cake, ice cream, design elements and special message requests which then go directly to their shop of choice for onsite preparation and packaging.

“Our cake business continues to amaze me,” says Anna Colacchio, Baskin-Robbins Canada Operations Manager. “With the launch of our new ordering site, our guest will have the flexibility to customize their own cakes with flavours that they love, personalize their cake message and even add candles and pre-packs to their cake order, all from a personal device of their choice.”

Part of the Inspire Brands family since 2020, Baskin-Robbins has continued to invest in Canada over the past few years with expansion in its flavours, pre-pack options and community giving initiatives.

Throughout the pandemic, Baskin-Robbins Canada’s 108 shops have continued to serve their guests, including through delivery and takeout, while respecting provincial COVID-19 health and safety protocols. Please refer to the company’s store locator for hours of operation and service/delivery options in your community.
