Additionally, the firm announced ThuyLan Chang as its new Chief of Staff. An integral part of ZT Corporate’s management team, Chang will be responsible for supporting and advancing the company’s mission while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the marketing and executive administration departments. Additionally, Chang will be actively involved in the execution of strategic initiatives for the Chairman and CEO and other members of senior leadership, helping drive significant impact on the company’s business objectives.

In addition to her daily responsibilities, she will continue to play a significant role in the firm’s philanthropic efforts and internship program. In 2021, Chang was named one of Houston Business Journal’s Women Who Mean Business for the finance industry.
