CHG Healthcare Announces Three New Promotions, Expanding Senior Leadership Team
SALT LAKE CITY , February 08 /Businesswire/ - CHG Healthcare, one of the nation’s largest privately held healthcare staffing companies, today announced the promotions of Lisa Grabl as CHG Healthcare group president, Brooke Bowers as CompHealth’s locum tenens division president, and Kerry Norman as executive vice president of operations. These executives cumulatively bring almost 50 years of experience in the locum tenens staffing industry and contribute to a rising trend of women leadership, where 44% of director and above roles at CHG are held by women. As part of their expanding commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I), CHG recently announced signing the Parity Pledge, has been part of the Shatter List for three consecutive years, and was recognized as one of 100 Companies Championing Women.
“Lisa and Brooke have both been instrumental to CHG’s success for more than 20 years. They each started on the front lines of the business and worked their way up, with first Lisa and now Brooke leading our CompHealth locum tenens division. Not only are they a proud example for other women in the company — they are both powerful models of strong sales and cultural leadership, which is core to our growth strategy,” said Scott Beck, CEO of CHG Healthcare. “Kerry is known as a talent developer, a sought-after coach, an advocate for our people, a champion of our DE&I initiatives, and will undoubtedly continue her influence in her new role as she takes our operational excellence to the next level.”
The new positions for Grabl, Bowers, and Norman will help strengthen alignment and partnership among all CHG divisions and advance the company’s leadership in the healthcare staffing sector. More about the executive promotions:
“Lisa and Brooke have both been incredibly influential in their decades of service at CompHealth and CHG in growing our business, as has Kerry who has been part of the CHG family for almost six years,” said Leslie Snavely, chief sales officer at CHG Healthcare. “We are thrilled to recognize their contributions and their potential, and we enthusiastically support them as they lead the way into the next chapter for both CompHealth and the broader CHG company.”
