Data that is collected from the VKS audit procedures are automatically sent to CMP’s BI software (Tableau) where the raw data is transformed into dynamic KPIs. Using this data, CMP tracks and monitors the number of audits performed each week, where they were performed, and who performed them along with other insightful continuous improvement metrics.

Each week, leaders and managers review the compiled data and systematically create plans for improvement.
