CONMED Corporation Announces Annual Meeting of Stockholders

LARGO, Fla. , March 22 /Businesswire/ - CONMED Corporation (NYSE: CNMD) today announced that its Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, at 1:30 p.m. ET at its corporate headquarters at 11311 Concept Boulevard, Largo FL and through the internet virtually. Shareholders of record at the close of business on March 28, 2023 shall be entitled to vote at the 2023 Annual Meeting.
