Kids Art Box Develops Class Pack Kits to Bring Art Programming to Schools and Teachers Nationwide

PR Newswire

The leading art subscription box for kids is working to make art projects and supplies more accessible to children everywhere

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn., March 30, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Today, Kids Art Box, a leading art subscription box that helps kids, families and friends discover and bond through the magic of art, announced the launch of Class Pack art kits for schools, teachers and homeschool programs everywhere. In celebration of World Art Day on April 15, and the importance of art in youth education, Kids Art Box will be awarding three lucky teachers an entire classroom's worth of Class Pack kits, which include all art supplies, instructions and activities to bring their projects to life. The entry form for nominations is available now through Monday, April 17.

"We've worked with over 50 schools and homeschool programs and donated projects to 500 students across the country," said Melanie Philips, co-founder of Kids Art Box. "Our Class Pack bulk option helps take some of the work out of lesson planning and enriches core learning through creativity, self-expression, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Nominate your favorite teacher for their chance to bring art home to their students!"

Founded in 2020, family-owned Kids Art Box offers thoughtfully curated arts and crafts boxes for kids ages 3-18+ that are inspired by the Montessori method. The Montessori method emphasizes choice, meaning children have control over their learning with little interference from adults. The subscription features two product lines year-round, including the Create Together Art Box (ages 3-7) and My Artist Box (6-18+). Every Kids Art Box subscription includes high-quality art supplies, easy-to-follow, step-by-step instructions and how-to videos.

The new Class Pack option features a single artist and one or four high-quality, engaging art project(s). Each class pack includes:

  • A biography and fun facts about the featured artist
  • High-quality art supplies
  • Teacher's printed tutorial
  • PDF tutorial
  • Video tutorials
  • Extended learning opportunities

Class Packs must be purchased at a minimum quantity of 10. Pricing for single activity kits is $7.50 per student. For the Van Gogh kits with four activities for each student, pricing is $19.00 each. An additional discount is offered for orders with quantities over 100. For more information on activity themes and pricing, visit http://www.kidsartbox.com/schools-and-groups.

To nominate a teacher for their chance to win single-activity Class Packs for the entire classroom, please visit http://www.kidsartbox.com/entry. The last day for nominations is April 17. The winners will be announced later that week.
