NEW YORK , April 01 /Businesswire/ - Bragar Eagel & Squire, P.C., a nationally recognized stockholder rights law firm, reminds investors that a class action lawsuit has been filed against Allianz SE (“Allianz” or the “Company”) (OTCMKTS: ALIZY) in the United States District Court for the Central District of California on behalf of all persons and entities who purchased or otherwise acquired Allianz securities between March 9, 2018 and May 17, 2022, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”). Investors have until April 3, 2023 to apply to the Court to be appointed as lead plaintiff in the lawsuit.

When the true details entered the market, the lawsuit claims that investors suffered damages.
