Once again, the EWF is partnering with Avanade and Accenture to celebrate five exceptional women for their accomplishments and leadership roles in the fields of Information Security, Risk Management, and Privacy. Each year, the recipients of the following awards are honored during the EWF's Annual Conference:

Private Solutions Provider: Nominations in this category focus primarily on external security, IT risk, and privacy professionals who come from vendor and consulting companies.

Corporate Practitioner: Nominations in this category focus primarily on internal security, IT risk, and privacy practitioners - they do not consult externally for their company.

Public Sector/Academia: Nominations in this category should include women who work in the US or international federal, state, or local branches of government.

One to Watch: Nominations in this category are for women who have less than 10 years of industry experience, and can come from any industry and any role (public sector, academia, private solutions provider, corporate practitioner).

Executive of the Year: Nominations in this category are for women who have made substantial contributions to cybersecurity, IT risk management, or privacy. A minimum of 20 years of experience is required, along with demonstrated accomplishments and influence industry-wide.

"The Executive Women's Forum has been developing women leaders for over two decades," says EWF's Founder and CEO, Joyce Brocaglia.
