NAHREP Announces 2023 Top 250 Latino Mortgage Originator Award Recipients

With combined sales volume $12.5 billion, DHI Mortgage, CrossCountry Mortgage, loanDepot, Guaranteed Rate and NOVA Home Loans top the list of companies with the most originators honored

SAN DIEGO, June 1, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP®) released its ninth annual Top 250 Latino Mortgage Originators Report today, recognizing the top-producing Latino mortgage professionals across the United States. In association with Freddie Mac, this year's report ranks individual originators based on the number and dollar volume of transactions and represents $12.5 billion in combined sales volume in 2022.

DHI Mortgage led the way as the company with the most honorees, followed by CrossCountry Mortgage, loanDepot, Guaranteed Rate, and NOVA Home Loans. Lizy Hoeffer from CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC in Phoenix, AZ is the leading originator for the 6th year, with 488 loans. The report acknowledges over 550 unique mortgage originators.
