NHC Announces 3.4% Increase in Common Dividend

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. , May 09 /Businesswire/ - National HealthCare Corporation (NYSE American: NHC), the nation’s oldest publicly traded long-term health care company, announced today that it will pay a quarterly dividend of 61 cents per common share to shareholders of record on June 28, 2024 and payable on August 1, 2024. This represents a 3.4% increase over last quarter’s regular common dividend.
