Rockwell Institute Celebrates Highest Real Estate Exam Pass Rates for First-Time Test Takers in the State of Washington

BELLEVUE, Wash. , May 17 /Businesswire/ - Rockwell Institute, a Washington-based provider of real estate license training and continuing education, today announced a significant milestone as the school celebrates the highest real estate exam pass rates for first-time test takers in the state of Washington. Rockwell Institute has earned this status for the second year in a row.

“First and foremost, we want to congratulate our students, who are the hard-working learners that have earned this impressive achievement. We are so proud to share this exciting news and to celebrate together what it means for our students to enroll and learn with us as the school with the highest real estate exam pass rates in the state for first-time test takers,” said Greg Muir, President of Rockwell Institute. “Succeeding on the real estate exam means having a strong command of the knowledge and tools they need to enter the real estate sector and become successful agents.”

In both 2022 and 2023, average first-time pass rates for Rockwell students were 76 percent. These percentages made up the highest first-time pass rates in the state of Washington for real estate school students.

“Our learning experience for students combines information-rich content with practical test preparation, which together help prepare our students to take and pass the state exam,” said Andrew Robinson, Senior Director of Product Content & Innovation at Rockwell Institute.

Managing brokers can approach the learning requirements for becoming a broker as either a challenge or an opportunity to bring in new brokers and help them to get a good start in the profession.

“I’ve seen that the longer it takes for new brokers to get through information, the less likely they are to follow through and get their license. I have been sending all of my brokers to Rockwell, and they always deliver. Rockwell just makes it easier to understand, with real-world examples and modules with simple, reasonable chunks of information, and their approach helps my brokers pass on the first attempt,” said Arielle Hays, Owner and Designated Broker at ERA Skyview Realty.

Managing brokers also look at overall pass rates among schools to help determine which school can best position aspiring agents to pass the exam and succeed in the profession.

"Rockwell has been a pivotal partner for helping Best Choice Realty connect with new agents in this current market,” said Eric Noyes, Head of Talent Acquisition at Best Choice Realty. “Compared to their competitors, Rockwell students graduate the program far better equipped for the challenges ahead and are significantly more likely to complete our in-house training and become producing agents. Rockwell is my number one choice and personal recommendation for anyone wishing to prepare for today's real estate market."

Rockwell Institute’s long-standing relationships with managing brokers also includes career fairs and networking events to connect brokers with new and aspiring brokers.

“Our goal is to encourage new and aspiring brokers to enter the profession with confidence and connections,” continued Muir. “We've served more students in Washington than any other real estate school, we have local instructors with decades of real estate experience and a proven track record of success in the local market. From pre-licensing courses to broker networking and continuing education, our school is here for every step in their real estate career.”

Rockwell Institute has served over 150,000 students in the past 50 years. For more information on becoming a student at Rockwell Institute, visit
