Connecticut College Selects YuJa Panorama Digital Accessibility Platform to Streamline and Boost Accessibility Campuswide

SAN JOSE, Calif. , May 29 /Businesswire/ - Connecticut College, a selective private liberal arts college, has selected the YuJa Panorama Digital Accessibility Platform to provide a comprehensive approach to delivering accessible content to students.

The institution was looking for a suite of user-friendly accessibility tools that would provide alternative formats, automation of accessibility remediation, accessibility reports and analytics, and other tools to help make course content accessible to its learners. YuJa Panorama helps streamline accessibility workflows and make accessibility a key part of course design and delivery.

The Platform automatically generates accessible versions of documents, provides in-line remediation and resources, and gives users customized website accessibility options they can apply to web pages both inside and outside of the learning management system. YuJa Panorama also has powerful remediation engines that detect, prioritize, and correct inaccessible content in documents and images, including scanned documents, and handwritten and digital text, and advanced analytics that can help instructors and institutional leaders understand what students are using, what they need to be successful and identify gaps in accessibility. YuJa Panorama also integrates with Moodle, the college’s learning management system.

“Connecticut College heard about YuJa Panorama through a referral from another institution. We love it when our customers share their positive experiences with others,” said Nathan Arora, Chief Business Officer at YuJa, Inc. “We’re excited for instructors and students at Connecticut College to get started using YuJa Panorama and to see how quickly it can transform teaching and learning.”
