Controversial Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio has called off his plan to have jail chain gangs pick up trash outside Major League Baseball's All-Star Game Tuesday night. Arpaio said he decided not to go ahead with his plan and instead let the kids enjoy the event and the fans focus on America's favorite pastime.
