2020 is not only a Leap Year, it is a time in history when women are more empowered than ever before – arguably, a time no longer requiring a designated day for women to get down on one knee. However, to further incentivize all lovers to take advantage of this age-old tradition, anyone who proposes to their suitor – with a sandwich instead of a ring – this Feb. 29, will get a chance to have an all-you-can-eat sandwich buffet catered by Quiznos at their wedding – assuming the proposal is accepted. To participate, entrants must post a photo or video of their proposal to Facebook, Instagram and Twitter using hashtag #SayYestoQuiznos, to qualify.

“While we strive to fill our customers with happiness by consistently delivering them delicious sandwiches and salads made with the highest quality ingredients, we also know that for happiness that lasts past the last bite, the eternal ingredient is love,” said Sheila Zimmerman, Vice President of Marketing, REGO Restaurant Group, owner of Quiznos. “It is a delight to ‘engage’ with our consumers by celebrating this timeless Leap Day tradition.”

To be qualified, submissions must occur between 12am MST on Feb. 29th through 12am MST on March 1st in order to ensure proposals actually occurred on Leap Dap. Winners will be selected through a random drawing and notified by March 31, 2020. To learn more, please visit www.quiznos.com/leapyearproposal.
