Philadelphia, PA (BlackNews.com) - Concerned by the decrease in literacy rates among urban youth around the country, the East Coast Black Age of Comics Convention, Inc. (ECBACC, Inc.) dedicates its 8th annual comic book convention to increasing youth literacy and expression through writing and drawing comic books.
